RETURN (NON-FINAL SALE ITEMS)
Not satisfied with your order? Please return eligible items within 30 days of the order date with tags on and a receipt for a refund in store credit.
Do we offer return labels?
We do not offer return labels currently but hope to as we grow in the future!
FINAL SALE ITEMS: The following items are non-returnable.

EXCHANGES
Need to exchange a size? We cannot hold inventory - Please place a new order for the new size & return the old for a refund if you place the new order first!
We will only accept returns within 30 days of the order date for store credit. No returns will be issued after 30 days.
Items returned past the return deadline will be refused without notice.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
*Any items returned that fall into the categories listed below or fall outside of the policy guidelines for whatever reason may be refused without notice:
Items worn, washed, torn, snagged, stained, or damaged in any way will not be accepted.
Items smelling of perfume, smoke or marked with makeup will not be accepted.
Clothing tags removed from garments.
Shoes must be unworn and returned in the original shoe box. Do not write on/attach labels/stickers/tape to shoe box. Box must be in returnable condition.
Hair accessories, hats, accessories, jewelry, and intimates cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.
Please carefully wrap items being returned to avoid damage during transit.
Shipping costs purchased at checkout are non-refundable.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Defective clothing MUST BE REPORTED within 5 DAYS of order receipt & must be unwashed/unworn with tags attached.
We will not process damaged claims reported after this time.
Defective clothing will be exchanged for the same item.
We are not responsible for damages due to wash/wear.
We thoroughly inspect every item when shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that we believe has been damaged by the customer.

RETURNS
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of delivery.
Once we receive your return, item(s) will be inspected for signs of wear & use. If the item is in returnable condition, we will refund your method of payment.
If the item is not in returnable condition, the item will be returned to the sender, after which no refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to refuse items that are returned with excessive pet hair & strong perfume/smoke smell.
Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable
Rewards coupons are non-refundable
We are not responsible for lost returned packages & highly recommend keeping your tracking number until delivery is confirmed.
We do have a few recommendations to help track down your package!
- Confirm that the shipping address you entered in is correct.
- Visit your local USPS office with tracking handy to see where the mail carrier dropped off your package
- Check with neighbors to see if your package got dropped off next door.
- Sometimes USPS updates tracking information as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package turns up.
